Retained search placements are conducted by independent Search Partners, not by JAY Search Partners directly. When you use our Search Partner Network service, we connect you to these partners and support you through their process, but the partner's own search process, timeline, and outcome are outside JAY's direct control.

While we work diligently on your behalf, we cannot guarantee interviews, offers, placements, or specific career outcomes. Hiring decisions are made solely by employers and are influenced by many factors outside our control.
