We believe you should know what you're paying for and what it includes before you ever get on a call with us. Below are our standard packages. Every engagement is backed by a written agreement that spells out price, duration, deliverables, and cancellation terms — we never rely on a sales conversation alone to set the terms of our relationship.

We work across five areas: Executive Career Positioning (branding), Search & Apply, Reverse Recruiting, Executive Search Partnership, and Career Transition support. Reverse Recruiting (direct outreach into the hidden job market) is delivered as part of Search & Apply and Executive Search Partnership, below; Career Transition support is scoped individually since it varies widely by situation — ask us about it on your consultation call.

1. Executive Career Positioning — $500 to $1,500 one-time

For professionals, directors, VPs, and executives who need their experience and value communicated clearly — whether for a promotion, a transition, or a search they intend to run themselves.

• Career Positioning Essentials — $500. One executive resume, one cover letter, LinkedIn headline and About section optimization, two revision rounds.
• Executive Career Positioning — $950. One executive resume, two cover letters, all five core LinkedIn sections optimized, one executive biography, a written career positioning summary.
• Comprehensive Executive Branding — $1,500. Two resume versions, two cover letters, full LinkedIn profile optimization, one executive biography, a value proposition statement, target-role positioning, two revision rounds per document.

Turnaround is typically 5–7 business days after we have everything we need from you. This package covers positioning and documents — it does not include ongoing job sourcing or application submission on your behalf; that's Search & Apply, below.

2. Search & Apply — $500 to $2,500 per month

For professionals who want structured, ongoing help finding roles, tailoring and submitting applications, and tracking the process — without doing the research and admin themselves.

• Essential — $500/month (1-month minimum). Up to 15 opportunities researched, 4 applications prepared and submitted, 4 tailored resumes and cover letters, 4 follow-ups, 4 direct outreach messages, weekly reports, one 45-minute interview prep session. Additional applications beyond the monthly allowance are $100 each.
• Professional — $1,250/month (2-month minimum). Up to 30 opportunities researched, 8 applications, 10 follow-ups, 10 outreach messages, weekly reports with a monthly strategy review, two 45-minute interview prep sessions. Additional applications are $125 each.
• Advanced — $2,500/month (2-month minimum). Up to 45 opportunities researched, 15 applications, 20 follow-ups, 15 outreach messages, weekly reports with biweekly strategy reviews, four 45-minute interview prep sessions. Additional applications are $150 each.

These are monthly maximums, not a promise that a specific number of suitable openings will exist every month — we only submit applications that genuinely match your criteria and that you've authorized.

3. Executive Search Partnership — from $2,500/month

Our premium, higher-touch service for senior leaders and C-suite candidates who want a more intensive, relationship-driven search. Starting at $2,500/month (3-month minimum); more complex engagements — international searches, board-level positioning, multi-industry mandates — are quoted at $3,000/month or above. Includes target-company mapping (up to 30/month), executive opportunity research (up to 20/month), application prep and submission (up to 12/month), direct and recruiter/search-network outreach, biweekly strategy reviews, and up to four 60-minute interview prep sessions per month.

This package is priced for strategic depth, not application volume. We do not promise access to confidential vacancies, hiring managers, or decision-makers unless that access genuinely exists for your search.

4. Pay Per Application — $75 to $200

For candidates who don't want a monthly commitment but need help with a specific opportunity. Basic application assistance starts at $75; with a tailored resume, $125; with a tailored resume and cover letter, $175; a complex executive application or one requiring extensive written responses, $200. Additional revisions outside the included scope are $35/round. We'll tell you exactly what's included before you pay.

5. Flexible payment arrangements

We know a career transition can come at a financially difficult time, so where it makes sense, we offer alternative structures:

• Hybrid payment: a reduced initial fee plus a smaller recurring monthly fee, for candidates who qualify. Structure and amounts are confirmed in your written agreement.
• Selective deferred/success-based arrangement: available by approval only, not to every candidate. A smaller portion of our fee is paid upfront, with the remainder due only after you accept and begin a qualifying role, within the terms of a signed agreement. This option exists because we take on real cost and risk preparing, researching, and supporting a search regardless of outcome, so it's reserved for candidates we assess as a strong fit. We will never advertise "pay only after you get a job" unless your specific signed agreement says exactly that.
What's not guaranteed

No package on this page guarantees an interview, an offer, or a placement. Hiring decisions are made by employers, not by us. What every package guarantees is the research, preparation, outreach, and reporting described above, delivered honestly and on the agreed schedule.

• Do you apply to every job you find? No. We only submit applications that match your agreed criteria and that you've authorized.
• Can I pay for a single application without a subscription? Yes — see Pay Per Application above, starting at $75.
• Can I qualify for deferred payment? Possibly. It's limited, subject to assessment, and governed by a written agreement.
• What happens if I don't get a job? We don't guarantee employment. Fees for standard packages are governed by your signed agreement; any approved deferred-payment arrangement explicitly defines what happens if no qualifying offer occurs.
